Dvor Jezeršek
The Jezeršek family are Slovenia’s premier caterers whose tradition goes back over four decades. They have recently acquired and renovated Dvor Jezeršek, a 250-year old homestead where they run a guesthouse, restaurant and the Jezeršek Academy. The focus of the culinary offer is to showcase Slovenian cuisine, for which the restaurant has been awarded the prestigious “Taste Slovenia” Culinary Centre title. The estate, which skilfully blends Slovenian heritage with modernity, is in a village very close to Ljubljana Airport.
Dvor Jezeršek is centred around a large lawn, which may be used as the setting for your garden wedding ceremony. Should you wish to exchange your marriage vows in a religious ceremony, you will be delighted to see the beautiful village church adjacent to the estate. The banqueting halls at Dvor Jezeršek are housed in the former stables and hay barn and may accommodate up to 144 guests. The family’s passion for Slovenian cuisine is reflected in the menus, which strive to maintain local culinary heritage and feature traditional dishes in a modern and refined disguise.
