Brdo Estate
Brdo is a renowned venue for high-level events and weddings and is a synonym for excellence. Its Renaissance castle and surrounding park were once frequented by President Tito of Yugoslavia and have played host to innumerable official state visits. The estate is managed by the State Protocol Service of Slovenia, whose highly professional staff ensure absolute perfection in every detail of your event.
You may choose to hold your wedding ceremony on a small island amidst a water lily covered lake, surrounded by the lush greenery of Brdo park. The scenery of the larger Duck Island, the venue for your wedding reception, is equally breathtaking. Wonderfully laid round tables are set up outdoors, with a canvas shielding the guests from the weather, with absolutely nothing to disturb your very special day in this haven of peace. The estate’s modern conference centre blends beautifully with the surrounding countryside due to its outside walls being fully glazed and provides space for up to 240 wedding guests for dinner.
