Bled Castle

The mighty castle of Bled stands on an imposing rock above Lake Bled. Breathtaking views open up across the lake, the island and the surrounding Alps from its terraces. This romantic castle, the oldest in Slovenia, features several historical rooms, such as the printing works and wine cellar, which can be incorporated into your wedding day.

After being greeted by the Lord and Lady of the Castle, your wedding guests are taken to the upper castle terrace for the ceremony. Bottles of sparkling wine for the toast are opened with the help of a sword. Your wedding dinner can be held on the terrace or within the stone walls of the castle restaurant, which is run by Jezeršek and ensures first-class service and cuisine provided by the foremost Slovenian caterer.
